Ložionica becomes the new address for future generations of photographers

Applications open for Miloš Nadaždin’s Photography School at Ložionica starting May 16

From the first idea to a magazine editorial, through hands-on work in a real environment and with the support of a professional team

How are the photographs that shape the visual identity of contemporary brands and magazines created? And more importantly—where does that journey begin?

The answer comes with Miloš Nadaždin’s Photography School, which will take place at Ložionica, a new center for creative industries and innovation in Belgrade. As a space that brings together contemporary creative programs and diverse artistic practices, Ložionica provides an inspiring environment for learning, knowledge exchange, and working within a real industry context.

“Talent or experience? One cannot exist without the other. Everything starts with talent and the curiosity to develop it. Through learning, talent gains form, and through experience, confidence and security. That is when it grows into something more and gains a new dimension,” says Nadaždin.

Over the course of five weeks, starting May 16, participants will attend two extended sessions per week, covering the entire process of fashion photography—from idea and concept development to execution and final visual expression. The program is strongly practice-oriented, with real-life shoots and collaboration with industry professionals, including models, makeup artists, stylists, and set designers.

At the end of the course, participants will produce an editorial for a well-known weekly magazine, gaining valuable hands-on experience and material for a portfolio that can serve as a first serious step toward a professional career.

With over 400 editorials, 1,000 magazine covers, and hundreds of campaigns for some of the most renowned domestic and international brands, Miloš Nadaždin has built a distinctive authorial style and established himself as one of the leading fashion photographers in the region. His work includes collaborations with magazines such as Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and Cosmopolitan, as well as campaigns for brands like L’Oréal, AURA, and Extreme Intimo. Nearly all of the most prominent public figures from the local scene have appeared in front of his lens.

The program is open to everyone, regardless of experience level—those who want to take their first step, improve their skills, or turn photography into a professional career.

All equipment is provided.

Applications are open via www.milosnadazdin.com or by phone at +381 65 3113 444.
