Which scientist, according to legend, designed the Water Tower? How many times was the Water Tower demolished and why? What is the connection between the legendary steam locomotive &#8220;Flying Belgrade&#8221; and the technical development of Serbia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These and many other questions are answered by the exhibition <strong>Lo\u017eionica: In operation since 1925<\/strong>, which opened in the Terminal exhibition space, within the newly opened center of <strong>creative industries and innovations &#8211; Lo\u017eionica<\/strong>, in Belgrade.<\/p>\n<p>The boiler room, one of the most important buildings of Belgrade&#8217;s industrial heritage, was built between 1925 and 1926 as part of the complex of the former Main Railway Station. The semi-circular hall with 31 tracks was the heart of the maintenance and servicing of steam locomotives \u2013 technological marvels of their time.
