The creator of the Ložionica concept is the national platform Serbia Creates, which has been actively supporting the development of creative industries and the knowledge economy in Serbia since 2018. Its mission is to connect local talent with international partners and markets, positioning Serbia as a recognized hub of creativity and innovation.

Who Makes Up the Ecosystem?

At the core of our ecosystem is the community. Ložionica’s residents include professional associations and nonprofit organizations, while its many partners consist of companies, foundations, and public institutions actively supporting the growth of Serbia’s creative sector. Completing the ecosystem are professionals from creative industries, talented creators, and innovators — making Ložionica a place of idea exchange, collaboration, and development.

Creativity Without Borders

International cooperation is one of Ložionica’s key dimensions. Through global networking, knowledge and experience sharing, as well as joint promotion, Ložionica strengthens its impact and opens doors for creative industries at the international level.

Regional cooperation is also a vital part of this story — together with Serbia Creates, Ložionica initiated the launch of the first Western Balkans Creative Industries Network, with the vision of becoming the central creative ecosystem in the region.
